#1: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Business to Business (B2B) Sales of company’s IT product and services
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Conduct workshop, sales calls, door to door sales, business networking, etc to develop strong sales pipelines
• Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track sales and report to management

Job Requirements:

• A “Can do” attitude!
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Willing to work hard for money
• No restriction on education level

#2: Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Pre and Post sales technical support to customers and Sales team
• Provide onsite installation and customer support
• Preparing and updating technical documents (user guides, presentations, …)
• Conduct training for customers and partners
• Presenting of company product and solutions on marketing events, exhibition and seminar.
• Product troubleshooting and repair

Job Requirements:

• Basic IT and Network knowledge and hands on experience
• Demonstrate motivation to learn new skills and technologies, curious and detailed oriented
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English, additional language will be an advantage.
